Air France

Air France Cabin/Travel Class
Air France provides three or four types of travel cabins depending upon different circumstances, routes or aircraft type.
1- AIRFRANCE La Première
This is Air France’s First Class Cabin offered only on Boeing 777-300ER aircrafts. This cabin is the most luxurious travel class offered by Air France. It includes a number of premium amenities or benefits. La Première cabins are equipped with luxurious seats made of wood and leather by the best designers in the business. These seats are, adjustable and convertible to two-meter long full beds. You’ll find a 10.4” personal touch screen loaded with a number of audios, videos and interactive games. 2- AIRFRANCE Business Class
This cabin is offered on all long-haul aircrafts. 4- AIRFRANCE Economy Class

Seats are comparatively larger than those provided in the Economy Classes generally. There is more legroom and convenience of access to the seats and the aisle. Carry-on or Hand Baggage
You are allowed to carry on-hand baggage with the following measurements-

Maximum Weight for Carry-on or Hand Baggage –
· in Economy Class the weight of the hand baggage should not exceed 12 kg/26.4 lb
· In premium Economy, Business and La Première the maximum weight limit is 18 kg/40 lb
Personal Items- You are allowed to bring one personal item in addition to your hand baggage. Personal item shouldn’t be bigger than 40 X 30 X 15 cm/15.7 X 11.8 X 5.8 in
· Personal Items may be one bag or satchel or a bag- for your computer, camera or any electronic device.
· All these items must fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead bin.

The members under these categories may check one extra bag however the dimension and weight limits may vary depending on the category of cabin.
AIRFRANCE Oversized and Overweight Baggage
If any of your baggage exceeds the permitted size and weight limit, you’ll have to pay charges for them at the airport.
If your baggage’s dimensions exceed 158 cm/62.2 in., but not 300 cm/118 in., you will need to pay an additional fee at the airport. The fee amount depends on your booking.
Baggage items measuring between 158 cm/62.2 in. and 300 cm/118 in., must be dropped at the “Oversized Baggage” counter.

AIRFRANCE Change, Cancellation and Refund Policy
There several conditions when your ticket gets cancelled or you have to cancel/change your ticket. AIRFRANCE care for your convenience and thus offers an easy an transparent cancellation, change and refund policy. Let us go through some general terms and conditions for cancellation-
Passengers are eligible for a full refund for Air France cancellation if they cancel the flight within 24 hours of booking or departing the flight.
Under Air France’s cancellation policy, the airline could ask passengers to pay a $125 cancellation fee if they cancel the flight after 24 hours.

If you cancel the flight 1 hour before departure, the amount after deducting service tax and other government taxes will be refunded to your original source of payment used for booking.

The refund amount is remitted to the source within 3-4 working days.
24 Hours Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your ticket within the first 24 hours of the booking, you are eligible for full refund according to the AIRFRANCE 24 hours cancellation policy.
The Air France 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all tickets booked directly through Air France (website, mobile app, ticket counter or call center) and from the United States. Under this policy, you can cancel your flight booking without penalty if you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of booking, if you make the reservation at least one week before your flight’s departure, if you book your ticket for a flight from or to the United States.
However AIRFRANCE has the right to change the 24 hour cancellation policy anytime.
AIRFRANCE Change Policy
The Air France flight change policy allows you to make changes to your ticket if the fare conditions on your ticket allow flight changes (following the airlines’ terms and condition). Some general rules for change in ticket are as follows-
• You can modify your ticket if the fare conditions on your ticket allow you to do so.
• The fare conditions of your ticket will be mentioned on your booking confirmation mail and ticket.
• Changeable tickets can be modified by phone or online.

AIRFRANCE Refund Policy
If you’re eligible, the representative will start the refund process as soon as you place a request for it.
Refund may take up to 3-4 business days to get transferred.
The entire refunded amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment used for booking the ticket.
